The ¶¶Òõ̽̽App baseball team scored runs in bunches last weekend to capture the National Junior College Athletic Association Region IX Tournament in Colorado Springs.
¶¶Òõ̽̽App freshman Luke Strako qualified for the National Junior College Athletic Association Division II golf championship after finishing second at the North Central District Championship May 1-2 in Panora, Iowa.
¶¶Òõ̽̽App's Milford Campus presented Impact Awards to students toward the end of the 2023 Spring Semester.
Earning college credit is one of the advantages of participating in the Southeast Nebraska Career Academy Partnership through ¶¶Òõ̽̽App. Another is figuring out your career path before you enroll in college.
Career/technical programs at ¶¶Òõ̽̽App strive to meet the needs of industry, and one of the latest additions is Concrete Construction Technician.
¶¶Òõ̽̽App students took home gold medals in 11 events, silver medals in nine events and bronze medals in five events at the SkillsUSA Nebraska Leadership and Skills Conference held April 13-15 in Grand Island.
A golf tournament to raise funds to help send ¶¶Òõ̽̽App students to state and national SkillsUSA events is set for June 9.
In addition to taking dual-credit classes at Ashland-Greenwood High School, junior Holly Campbell also decided to start her own business, selling infused tea mostly through social media and word-of-mouth.
More than 700 students will receive degrees, diplomas and certificates Thursday, May 4, during the Spring Commencement ceremony of ¶¶Òõ̽̽App.
